Estimation Builder keeps an eye on the things that need your attention and surfaces them in one place, so nothing important slips through the cracks.
The notifications bell
Look for the bell icon in the top bar. When something needs attention, a red badge shows how many items are waiting. Click the bell to open the list. When there's nothing pending, it simply says "You're all caught up."
What you'll be notified about
- Trial ending soon — while you're on the free trial without a card, a reminder counts down so you can add one before access ends. It links to your Account page.
- Expired estimates — a heads-up when you have estimates past their acceptance deadline that can still be renewed. It links to your Estimates. See Renewing an expired estimate.
- Unpaid invoices — a reminder when you have invoices with a balance still due. It links to your Invoices.
Each notification takes you straight to the page where you can act on it.
