Every estimate can be turned into a clean, branded PDF you can email, print, or hand to a customer. The PDF includes your company details, the customer's information, the line items, totals, your payment terms, and a signature line.
Open the estimate
From the Estimates page, click the estimate number or job name to open it. The estimate view you see is a live preview of exactly what the PDF will look like.
Download the PDF
At the bottom of the estimate, click PDF.
The PDF opens right in your browser, where you can review it and then save or print it from your browser's toolbar. To return to the estimate, use your browser's Back button. The PDF pulls your company name, address, and contact details from your Company settings, so it's ready to send as-is — no extra formatting needed.
