Once your change order captures the new scope, send your customer a clean PDF to review and sign — just like the original estimate.
Open the change order PDF
Open the estimate, click Change of Order, then click PDF in the action bar. Estimation Builder produces a polished, branded PDF showing your company details, the customer, the change order's line items, and the total.
Save or send it
The PDF opens in your browser, where you can download it or print it to share with your customer. If you've saved a signature and auto-signing is on, it appears on the change order automatically — see Adding and updating your signature.
