Activating your account

Confirm your email address to unlock billing and keep your account secure.

When you sign up, we email a link to verify your address. You can start building estimates, adding customers, and exploring the app right away — verifying your email is only needed to set up billing and start your paid subscription.

Check your inbox

Right after you sign up, we send a verification link to the email you registered, from help@estimationbuilder.com. Open that email and click the link to confirm your address.

Didn't get the email?

It can take a minute to arrive, and it occasionally lands in a spam folder. If it still hasn't shown up, you can send yourself a fresh link.

While you're signed in, the quickest way is the yellow Verify your email bar across the top of every page — just click Resend link. It already has your address filled in.

The yellow 'Verify your email' bar at the top of the app, with the Resend link button highlighted.
The Verify your email bar appears on every page until you confirm — click Resend link to send a fresh email.

If you're signed out, resend it from the login page instead:

The 'Recently created an account?' box on the login page, with an email field and a Resend Verification Email button.
The “Recently created an account?” box on the login page resends your verification email.

Under “Recently created an account?”, enter your login email and click Resend Verification Email, then check your inbox again.

Tip: You can request a new link about once a minute — if you just resent one, give it a moment to arrive before trying again.
Next: Get your company details in place — see The setup wizard.
