Open the invoice PDF
Open the invoice (from the estimate, click Invoice), then click PDF in the action bar. Estimation Builder produces a branded PDF with your company details, the customer, the line items, and the totals.
Save or send it
The PDF opens in your browser, where you can download or print it to share with your customer. The amounts on the PDF reflect any payments you've recorded, so the balance due stays accurate.
