Where your data lives
Everything you create stays in your Estimation Builder account, tied to your company. You can view and edit it any time while you're signed in.
Take your data with you
You can download your data as a spreadsheet whenever you like — your customers, estimates, invoices, and line items each export to CSV from the Export Data page. It's a good idea to grab a copy before making any big change to your account. See Exporting your data as CSV.
Pausing vs. closing
- Just want to stop being billed? Cancel your subscription. Your data is preserved, and you can resubscribe later right where you left off. See Canceling and resubscribing.
- Want to close your account for good? We'll take care of that for you. Export anything you want to keep first, then email us and we'll close the account and remove your data.
Close your account
To close your account and delete your data, email help@estimationbuilder.com from the address on your account. We'll confirm before anything is removed. Remember to export your data first if you'd like to keep a copy — closing the account can't be undone.
